Legal Video Specialists, is now offering the videotaping of IME’s (Independent Medical Examination).

WA. COURT RULE CR 35 ­ IME OR DME PHYSICAL AND MENTAL EXAMINATION OF PERSONS

(3) Recording of Examination. Unless otherwise ordered by the court, the party being examined or that party’s representative may audiotape the recording of the examination which shall be made in an unobtrusive manner. A videotape recording of the examination may be made on agreement of the parties or by order of the court.
During the Exam: Audio and Video services include: • Videographers trained and experienced in court rules of videotaping, (Trained by a Certified Legal Video Specialist) • Digital equipment used on a stationary tripod • Camera Focused on the party examined ­ not the examiner • Videographer does not interfere or obstruct the exam • Unedited original tapes are sent directly to the requesting party
