On video and audio, we capture and present a very humanizing portrait of the full impact an injury has had on a Client’s current quality of life. This presentation is designed and used to show a typical Client’s day, documenting the overall effects of an injury on their daily routine. We capture and show the client from their first movement in the morning, follow them through every activity during their day and evening, and end when they go to bed at night. If appropriate, we can even document the Client’s sleep routine if it’s been adversely altered by accident or injury. If applicable, we also document the physical therapy exercises done each day by the Client, graphically demonstrating the full range and obvious limitations of a Client’s reduced physical capabilities. This potent visual presentation of the current impaired physical capabilities and quality of life of a Client has the strongest visual and emotional effect on a Judge and Jury. Natural sound, the Client’s own words, and directive professional narration enhance the visual presentation.
